Fast Weight Loss Diet That Works - Use the "Belly Shock" Diet to Lose Pounds and Inches in 2 Weeks!

Here's a fast weight loss diet that works. I've worked with about 4,000 women over the past few years and this diet gets great results for a high majority of them. I call it the "Belly Shock" Diet. You'll lose pounds and inches in 2 weeks using this diet.

Fast Weight Loss Diet

1. You start out with a big breakfast, this is key

Even if you're not hungry in the morning, please humor me and eat a big breakfast anyway. Trust me, after 4 days of eating a big breakfast, you'll start to wake up hungry. Your body adapts quickly.

Studies show that a big breakfast followed by small meals is the way to go for weight loss. This has been proven by me personally with my clients.

I suggest you eat 3 scrambled eggs with some chopped up vegetables for breakfast.

2. Use protein shakes as small meals or snacks

This is an important way to get a lot of protein in your diet without many carbs or fats. There aren't many calories in protein powders. Because you'll be eating a bunch of small meals after your big breakfast, protein shakes fit in perfectly.

You can make 2 of those small meals protein shakes.

3. Eat either 1 can of black beans or 1 pounds of frozen broccoli/cauliflower each day

Ok, that may sound a lot, but it isn't. You can spread them among 2 meals also. The black beans have a lot of fiber in them and the broccoli/cauliflower have fiber, but besides that, they have tons of nutrients in them without many calories.

These are "filler foods" that help you to crowd out other high calorie foods.

I urge you to carefully read this over once or twice more. It may seem like a lot to you right now, but I can assure you this is easy to implement into your life with very few hassles!

This IS a fast weight loss diet that works... so make it work for you.
